 TO A SOUL.

Sojourner, walking the earth.

flip-flop, the staggering steps of a tired soul

Oil lamplll, burning

To keep the soul warm while alive.

The lonely path of earth

Befogged by dews of our toils.

Owls of torture 😫

Hooting out misery

A path dreaded in thorns and shrubs

A weaker soul sucked off it life.

Every step lifted with sweat

Each success abysmal it weight

The anecdotes of this tale

Withered to be a tale.

While the oil lamp burn,

Travel thy path

Without hurting a heart.

Remember, life ooze against time

With none ever beating the time.

As you wrestle thru the gloomy path

Light the route of a soul sojourning

It may be the last act of kindness

Left of you as you sojourn.

Lift a soul

Hug a soul

Without harming a soul

Her left lap was swollen from the beating she got the previous night from the monster's husband. She was still short of three months from her due month. That's when she was to put to birth. The shape pain was accompanied by a loud scream. She dropped the knife she had with her and tried to settle on a table-size stool lying close to the gas cylinder in the kitchen, but she couldn't. She fell and started screaming, reached out to her phone, and dialed her husband. Mr. Sam had branched  Madam G's Native Kitchen to settle for a while before heading home as his habit demands. He was busy at his usual joint with a bottle of chill

Musa Dikwa EXPOSES NORTHERN GOVERNORS ____ Says they sponsor Boko Haram ____ The above hyperopic statement coming from an uncelebrated clergyman, appearing to be true as it seems but perhaps decorated by the sheer conscience of people with clue of this wanton of mishaps plaguing us, who feel it an obligation rather than a duty to cry in their lean voice to the public in an attempt to share their unheard chunk of the stories of this continuous killings and bloodbath that is ravaging the existence of us as a nation is only a call sent through a broken phone line of political misfortune at the time such call should be picked with total immediacy.  One would be solving an insolvable puzzle in trying to entangle the mystery surrounding these daily killings in a country already battered by poor state of affairs and leadership.  Nigeria is a country free from natural disasters but her citizens has become the natural disasters that has nearly swallow the country.  She is a c
